New Implanted/Explanted Device Documentation and Mini-Module!
Starting 5/1/12, all admissions should be assessed for an implanted device and documented in the Admission Data Base (ADB). If documented as "Yes" or "Explanted" --> RN will get a task to complete a careform. Documentation of the device will then pull to the Patient Summary Tab within the Radiology Devices Portlet.
